Everything in the box

The whole list, with nothing invented.

Eight surfaces and the things that hold a company together. Every line below is something the product does today.

Talk

The communicator

One surface for four kinds of room, so a conversation with a colleague, a team, a meeting and a client all behave the same way.

Rooms

  • One-to-one, team, meeting and invite-link rooms
  • Guest chat by link — no account, no licence
  • Per-chat wallpaper, favourites, manual unread

Messages

  • Text, audio, image, video, document, sticker, contact and location
  • Reactions, @mentions, replies, forwarding, edit and delete
  • Captions and link previews
  • Animated sticker packs and an in-app image editor

Signals

  • Read, delivered and audio-played receipts
  • Typing indicators
  • Voice notes transcribed automatically

Crossing over

  • A document or Sketchi board shared into a thread stays live
  • Calls, missed calls and access requests appear in the thread
Meet

Calls and meetings

Calls run in the browser on your own media server, and moderation is enforced at the media layer rather than only in signalling — a muted participant is muted, not asked to be.

In the call

  • Audio, video and screen share
  • Raise hand and in-call reactions
  • Force-mute and ask-to-unmute
  • Sketchi as a presentation surface, everyone following the presenter
  • Picture-in-picture and a mid-call audio-to-video upgrade

The room

  • Participant grid with pin, layout menu and resizable tiles
  • Guest knock-and-admit door
  • Call quality monitoring and an audio device picker
  • A summary when the call ends

Scheduled

  • Recurring meetings — pattern, weekdays, end date
  • Templates, public or private
  • RSVP with responses, all-day, online or a physical location
  • Day, week and month calendar views
  • Every meeting has its own chat room and call room

On the phone

  • Rings through the Android app with a full-screen incoming call
  • Push notification wake-up when the app is closed
Deliver

Projects, sprints and testing

The delivery tools sit in the same workspace as the conversation that produced the work, so what was agreed in a meeting is already on a board by the time it ends.

Projects

  • Scrum master and product owner per project
  • Sprints with goals, and a backlog
  • Tasks with priority, assignee, hours, dates, status and manager notes
  • Subtasks
  • Project files and statistics
  • Trash and restore

Test management

  • Test cases with preconditions, steps and expected result
  • Priority and severity
  • Test executions and results
  • Bug tracking

On the calendar

  • Task deadlines land beside the meetings
  • The project calendar shows what a day actually holds
Write

Documents, Sketchi and mail

A real word processor, an infinite canvas and your existing mailboxes — all inside the workspace, so nothing has to leave it as an attachment.

Documents

  • Live collaborative editing with several people at once
  • Ribbon UI — File, Home, Insert, Layout, Review, View, Table Design
  • Comments and tracked changes
  • Tables, shapes, headers and footers, footnotes, columns
  • Bookmarks and clause numbering
  • DOCX import and export, PDF export

Library

  • Folders and per-user filings
  • Sharing with people or teams, with permissions
  • Access requests that arrive as a chat message
  • Trash and restore

Sketchi

  • Infinite canvas with folders, sharing and thumbnails
  • Embedded in calls with follow-the-presenter
  • Trash with expiry

Mail

  • Full IMAP and SMTP against the mailboxes you already own
  • Folders — create, rename, delete — search and attachments
  • Drafts, flags, spam, trash, archive, move and copy
  • Bulk actions, mailbox quota, remote content trust list
  • Mailbox administration: create, set password, set quota, delete
Employ

People, payroll and hiring

The staff record every other part of the workspace reads: managers, teams and status come from here, so a leaver is a leaver everywhere at once.

Records

  • Employee profiles, documents and an org chart
  • Contracts from templates, signed online
  • Assets and insurance per person
  • Letters with a code anyone can verify

Time

  • Leave requests and balances
  • Attendance, rosters and timesheets across work sites
  • Requests and approvals in one queue

Pay

  • Payroll runs with a review step
  • Payslips and expenses
  • End-of-service settlements, signed online

Hiring and growth

  • A recruitment pipeline with candidates
  • A careers page, and a careers API for your own site
  • Performance reviews and skills
  • Surveys and announcements
Sell

CRM

Leads, contacts and deals move through a pipeline beside the chat, calls and mail where they are discussed.

Pipeline

  • Leads, contacts, companies and accounts
  • Deals on a pipeline with stages
  • A forecast of what is likely to close

Closing

  • Quotes from price books, with approvals
  • Quotes the client signs online
  • Invoices
  • Booking pages for meetings

Reaching out

  • Email sequences
  • WhatsApp conversations
  • Calls and activities logged on the record
  • Rules that act on a deal for you, and webhooks

Knowing where you stand

  • An overview of the pipeline
  • Reports
  • Sales teams
Count

Finance

The books behind the invoices, kept in the same workspace as the work they are for, with a view for your accountant.

Books

  • A chart of accounts and a journal
  • A view for your accountant
  • Financial reports and analysis

Money in and out

  • Bills from suppliers
  • Credit notes
  • Recurring entries
  • Fixed assets

Control

  • Approvals before money moves
  • Budgets
  • Bank accounts
Store

Drive

The team's files and folders, in the workspace rather than a separate service.

Files

  • Folders, with drag and drop
  • Previews for images, PDFs and documents
  • Version history
  • A description on any file

Sharing

  • Folders shared with chosen people
  • New documents and spreadsheets started straight from Drive

Underneath all of it

The parts that make it a company system.

01

Roles and permissions

Role-based access control across every surface

02

Audit trail

Who did what, when, and from where

03

Offboarding

One action ends chat, mail, calls and the session together

04

Invite links

With expiry and a title, for people outside the company

05

Notifications

In-app and push, with per-type preferences

06

Askini

An assistant in the sidebar, with saved conversations

07

Personal todo

Lists, items and subtasks that never reach the project board

08

English and Arabic

Full right-to-left, chosen per person, not per company

09

Light and dark

Across the whole product, not just the marketing site

10

Android app

Chat, mail, meetings and calls, with native call handling

See it with your own work in it.

The trial is the full product, not a sandbox — so nothing you set up during it has to be done again afterwards.
