Do we have to move our email?
No. Oprex connects to the mailboxes you already own, so people keep their existing addresses and read them inside the workspace.
What counts as a seat?
One person. Guests invited to a single meeting or conversation from outside your company are free and never count against your seats.
Can we try it with the whole team?
Yes — the trial is the full product with no card required, so you can test it with real work rather than a sandbox.
Where does our data live?
On our servers, and each company in a database of its own, kept apart from every other customer’s.
What happens when the trial ends?
Nothing is deleted. The workspace becomes read-only until a plan is chosen, so no work is lost while a decision is made.
